The Bank was registered with the Co-operative Department on dated 28.09.1994. After completing all legal formalities, Reserve Bank of India issued Banking Licence on 9th January 1995 and then Bank has commenced its banking activities w.e.f. 27th May 1995 at Ashwani Bazar, Udaipur.

With humble means, the Bank has not looked back and is making growth as each year passes due to its professional management and dynamic leadership in the last 25 years. Bank has been awarded ‘A’ Grade since inception by Auditors.

The Bank’s Head Office is working in its own premises situated at 21-22, Hiran Magri Sector-3, Opposite BSNL Office, Udaipur. The Bank has seven Branches working at Udaipur city — all fully computerised and working on CBS.
