Rules & Regulations
- Every depositor must fulfil KYC norms as per RBI directives.
- Customer must submit all valid proof under KYC norms before opening an account.
- Guardian can open Minor's Savings Account; birth proof of children is required.
- Every literate minor more than 10 years can open an individual Savings Bank Account.
- The bank management reserves full right to close the account if the holder does not maintain sufficient balance to clear inward cheque or ECS.
- The customer must safely preserve their cheque book & passbook. The Bank is not responsible for any misuse.
- Interest on savings deposit is calculated on daily balances as per RBI's directives.
- Customers without cheque book facility will be given a withdrawal form at the time of payment, accompanied by passbook.
- Stop payment of particular cheque(s) is available; sufficient balance must be maintained and stop payment charges will be recovered.
- The Bank reserves all rights of appropriation, set-off, lien and may change rules and regulations.
